Certified in 2010 by the Physical Mind Institute as a comprehensive Pilates teacher, Jena Webber brings a wide range of depth and experience to the Medical Pilates community.
Jena started her movement education in 1984 when she was first asked to teach the entire ballet program for hometown Highschool at the age of 15. She went on to a study English, communications and dance at Western Michigan University, graduating with honors in 1991, dancing in the University Ballet Theater and earning a teaching degree. In 2007 she obtained a Pilates mat certification through Balanced Body University and started teaching Pilates through the YMCA and as a contractor for Hamilton Sundstrand (Collins Aerospace). In 2010, she completed comprehensive Pilates training through Physical Mind Institute, certified by Pilates Method Alliance in 2017, Certified in Neurokinetic Therapy in 2015, Licensed as a Massage Therapist in 2017, graduated from the 200 hour Blue Lotus Healing Studies, Thai Massage program in 2018, completed 24 CEUs in Myofascial Massage training 2020, is a certified Eric Franklin Myofascial Lower Back Trainer, 2020, as well as a Level 1 Certified Franklin Method Trainer, 2021.
Jena is married to Will Webber, and they have 5 children and two grandchildren.
